Shipped Orders: Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery (items must be received by us within this timeframe). No exceptions.

Eligibility for Returns: Items must be new, unworn, and unaltered, with tags attached, showing no signs of wear (makeup, stains, fragrances). We do not issue refunds but offer store credit or exchanges for eligible items upon inspection. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Damaged Items: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged item.

Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Final Sale Items: All white clothing, bodysuits, and accessory purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
